Blueberry Banana Popsicles


This healthy recipe was suggested by my neighbor and good friend, BJ. Thank you, BJ!

Blueberry Banana Pops

No sugar is added to this refreshing Popsicle!

  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup milk


1. Blend all ingredients in a blender, then pour into Popsicle molds.
2. Freeze for at least six hours. To remove from mold, set out on the counter for a few minutes or run under cool water for a few seconds.
